[He's not going to gripe, but does give him a "really" look when he comes downstairs like that anyways. At least his shirt's not so big on Izuku he's pulling the teenage girlfriend morning after look with a shirt hanging around his upper thighs.

HEY! Katsuki instinctively ducks and jerks his head up, eyes wide and staring for any mistletoe Izuku might've hung up there to instigate that kiss.

Fuck. Gonna give him a heart attack with that shit now...]

Get the rice started.

[ Izuku's getting the rice started meanwhile. It's pretty easy so he cannot possibly fuck it up, even if he spends time just watching Katsuki off and on.

Not even leering or anything? Sometimes he just sort of stares sleepily. ]

Luckily he doesn't do any of those and Katsuki gets the rest of breakfast rolling. What, are you sleepy still, Deku?]

[ Lazy, maybe. It's Christmas morning, and Katsuki's making breakfast (like he does almost every day) and he's being indulgent in that haphazard way he is sometimes these days when no one else is around or looking. It feels...cozy, maybe? ]

Let me do some of the vegetables, too.

[He's gonna splat some eggs in his face if he keeps giving him that doe-eyed hazy look, the fucking space case. Katsuki goes back to the skillet, using chopsticks to turn the eggs over and getting a flat, even blanket for the eventual rice mound.]

Fine. Put the frozen ones in the pot and heat them up.

[ Katsuki's always going to get that admiring look sometimes. He's been getting it since they were toddlers learning how to walk - is this a huge surprise....? ]

And flip! Goes the omelette before he sets it on a pan nearby. A sheet of wax paper covers it and he goes about for the second one.]

[ He dropped other things though. It's happened. Sometimes he just trips or spaces out. Kastuki has zero competition when it comes to grace and poise in this household although honestly he usually behaves like a gremlin - just one with balance. ]

[Does he have to go on an "No Capes" style monologue about the various accidents Izuku's had in the kitchen that would certainly indicate why no one should let him have an omelette flipping skillet placed in his hands? Todoroki has more grace in the kitchen than Izuku and IcyHot can't fucking cook for his life!
