[Scooping the rice mixture out with the paddle, Katsuki shapes it into the semispherical mound and then drapes an omelette blanket atop it. A light squiggle of sauce and another thin layer of rice mixture gets patted down to keep the dome shape. Once done, on goes the second egg roof and another drizzling of sauce.
