Criminals, vigilantes, villains, and heroes had a large part in driving society to accepting their new super-powered individuals. Something Bakugo wonders if Scott's world will also head towards. Humans are the majority, mutants are the minority, swap the two around and suddenly the status quo is different.

He just mostly wants to show off his new visor to his friend and maybe go through a few training exercises.

But things changing when eventually attending said mutant school, how he just sort of fit in with other freaks. Outcasts attract outcasts or whatever. Maybe a small mention that back home, mutants still are the minority, most people don't have powers.
And going into that topic more as they walk around the Vale, with the Talon soon the next destination.]

He can't say anything to that, given his own background... Not something he brings up with Scott, or anyone else. He knows the feeling of being restricted in school. Actually getting to attend a hero school and being able to finally train to be a hero is vastly different than growling in PE where he had to throw the damn softball without using his Quirk.
Mutant minority is far different than Quirk majority. He wonders if this was how his world was when Quirks (or Meta Abilities, back then) was when they first began appearing.]
Yeah. You're heading into the same state my world was in when Quirks first began to manifest. People viewed them with fear and hatred, but slowly started to accept them as more appeared.

Feels like he's losing his companions one after the other recently, enough that he had to sit down and really have a "do we fuck it all" conversation with himself about going forward. So far, he's not fucking it all.]

Yeah, Jason's Halloween jacket has deep pockets, it's fine. But he eventually starts to slide the battle visor across his closed eyes, before a flicker of red flashes through them as he reopens his eyes and looks over at his friend.
'All For One' though, huh? Sounds a little bit like Apocalypse, maybe.]
Yeah, basically, he had this whole ritual, don't know how it's done, but he tried to steal my professor's body and thus his powers. It's how he managed to have so many, by snatching other mutants like that. Real dick. [He really just made things worse for everyone. He hates that guy.]
And he also had followers, but I think he mostly just enhanced the powers they already had, rather than transferring them or anything.
[At least that's what Ororo mentioned to him. But he flicks the button of his visor and luckily, it lands on the correct 'mode' for right now.] So this is basically what Professor McCoy made for me back home.

He's genuinely excited for that, especially since Bakugo is someone that he trusts a lot. Plus, doing all this will probably be good for him too-- he knows it will be. He's almost always down for testing powers and setting new personal records. Doing so with Scott's one of his-- never gonna verbally admit it --favorite ways to spend his time in the resort. Kicking ass with a friend is fucking amazing.]
