He didn't slug his way through the guy's lineup, dodging magic and trap cards as he went. But once he got past that, it was a simple matter of surrendering the battle and removing the duel disk.
It's one of the reasons Bakugou's deliberately trained himself in combat without using his Quirk. He needs to be able to fight even if his Quirk's turned off.]
