... it's not worth it, but being alone with his own thoughts isn't great, either. Arguing with Bakugo at least gave him something else to focus on. Now there's nothing to distract from the thorny tangle of emotions in his chest or his own imagining of the death scene.
He stares into the darkness for a minute before moving back into the other room, where he rejoins Jun in bed. He won't be sleeping much, though.]
