[Hearing his agreement, the mutual acceptance of a team effort, alleviates some of his irritation over the entire thing. Bakugo thought he was going to take down the entire House on his own when he first arrived. Very quickly got put in his place, much to his fury. They're not going to escape this trap unless all of them fight together.
Why the hell wasn't that stupid word on Esikko's neck enough of a reminder to stay out of the basement until he was ready? Even if he wasn't messing with the hotel directly, working magic where the House doesn't want him to go, especially since the last infraction was WORKING WITH MAGIC WHERE THE HOUSE DIDN'T WANT HIM TO GO, it's likely enough to piss the damn thing off! Bakugo doesn't want to see Esikko get struck down again.]
