Bakugo will wake to a square, red box left at his door, tied neatly shut with a bow to match. There are handmade chocolates inside! They're all made really pretty, at least, with most of them looking like the little explosion emoji, but one of them is a little different...

Unfortunately, though, they don't taste very good at all... Some are clearly from different batches, their textures are odd after you bite past the pretty exteriors, and the heart one has a filling that was probably supposed to be some kind of strawberry jam? Somehow it's burnt. They're also insanely sweet because he tried to make up for all of this by just putting more sugar in...
This is a genuine attempt, though, and he hopes that much is clear from the effort, but. He's ashamed enough to not leave a note with it. )
[Handmade chocolates. That's easy enough to make out. It's obvious the person used a mold and put in the effort to make them look nice.
But who's it from? On the one hand, knowing they're personal means the hotel didn't do shit with them. No note, no explicit decorations, no green rules Hiyori out, no flowers or floral scent rules Esikko out, the lion wouldn't do this, and a few more tick down in his head. Damn.
On the other hand, after a serious bout of consideration before trying one-- GUH!! Holy shit! They're crap! sorry esikko Way too sweet! How much sugar's in these things? The insides taste burnt too! HOW?! Bleh. One of those sad lessons in "looks great tastes awful" attempts.
Yeah, he recognizes an attempt was made...
... Tch. Burnt filling one aside, he can salvage these by melting them down and diluting the mixture with straight up cocoa or very dark chocolate.
There are only a few people he knows who would even bother with something like this to him and at least three of them can't cook well! ... So congratulations Mystery Gift man, Bakugo's a trifle stumped.]
[Yeah well when you don't sign your name or add your signature color, item, scent, on something somewhat generic, it can make a bit of a distraction! (And it's not that he doesn't like florals; it's that he doesn't like overpowering florals.)
Someone definitely needs more candy-making lessons. BUT... if Esikko does happen to meet up with Bakugo in the next few days, he might find himself treated to chocolate mochi treats.]
( Embarrassment over not just cooking, but delivering a gift at all, is too great to reveal himself!! Maybe!! ...But he would pester Bakugo to hang out, so give him some chocolate mochi... gonna have to come harass Bakugo during the event. )
[For now, he gets to remain in his anonymity. Bakugo probably won't ask because HE doesn't wanna deal with the embarrassment either. Sheesh. But he'll get the damn mochi when he comes over. If he has more, maybe he'll make a cake or something.
