[That day, for multiple reasons, is a good memory that's written down in that book of his. Skating was definitely a highlight of it and he's intending on keeping his promise of practice to get better. He has a whole stretch of land to make a neat course for them, one day.

[Technically, yes, Bakugo owns Shoto's house. So hell yeah he should be able to mess it all up and Shoto will be happy to do that. There's trees on the property that're going to get used as prop posts and all sorts.]

Sometimes getting a straight answer from Juuzou needs the right question or to think outside the box.

Other than it being my own fault, I've never found either of those things to be true. He's careful and well kept.

[Meta response: actually no Bakugo doesn't (and he made damn sure to emphasize that). All the blonde did was co-sign and pay for it. The house in its entirety is in Shoto's name; it's Half-n-Half's responsibility to care for it and make sure he's generating enough manna per month to keep it (which isn't hard). The only manner the property is linked to Bakugo in is on the off chance Shoto disappears, Bakugo becomes the property's owner to hold onto until Shoto comes back or someone else arrives. Same thing in reverse: if Bakugo and Izuku vanish, Shoto (and Jiro) will be given Bakugo/Izuku's house to hold onto and care for until they decide to do something with it.

Ergo, if Shoto wants to protect the trees on the lot, it's within his legal rights to tell Bakugo to aim his shots away from the tree. (At which point he'll get a snappy response back that Half-n-Half shouldn't go in front of the fucking trees.)

Anyways! Yeah, it's important to Bakugo none of his classmates feel "indebted" to him over their homes. All he did was pay for it to let them skip a few months of waiting.]
