You just keep making me feel a bit gross and creepy for asking, and I don't really want to keep doing the thing that ends up making me feel that way, especially because of the way it must be making you feel for me being gross and creepy. So the only thing I really truly want to explore is keeping those things to myself more.

He's conditioned himself to say and think whatever Deku wants or likes is gross and creepy (...and really, there are some creepy things, Izuku, like knowing so much about Katsuki in the first place, and sharing it).
