[Bakugo's not going to undermine his learning to be more emotive, but that doesn't mean he's nice enough not to snap or laugh at the stumbling along the way. While he helps... Because there is something about Shoto's smile, the kind and happy one that's so sincere it melts hearts and cools worries. [Shoto knows, now at least, which one of those are actually something to listen to or which tone of Bakugo's voice means he's just doing something to talk at a normal, human level for him. He's capable of reading between the lines and that's likely why he's capable of having Bakugo as a friend at all.]

Far as I know, the Diamond Guards are able to no-sell any ability or power thrown at them. This place takes peace seriously, cause they want manna machines, not some fucking wars going on. They quelled that turf war in three days.

I hope so. Shigaraki's abilities aren't just his quirk. It doesn't matter right now but I do think of it when I've got too much time on my hands.
