[He's actually kind of surprised Izuku hasn't figured it out already. Just takes a few scrolls upward to find it. What irritates him is less the actual tease, but more than Izuku teased him first, pissed him off in the Katsuki way, but then immediately reacted like this to the returned taunt.

The rest of that presumptuous commentary more or less set off a chain reaction exasperation and insult.]

[Katsuki's not the greatest with "help" either, as he expects people to the smart enough to get it already and not waste his time trying to explain shit.]

That's probably the clearest thing you've said about this in a long fucking time.

[He knows. But he disagreed when Katsuki denied being so... One of those indirect confirmation things. Should've said "imply I'm" instead of "call me" up there, but same result. Whether Izuku was teasing or being serious was up for debate.

[ He was teasing. He fully believes Katsuki could just get rid of him on a whim still and doesn't think he's a necessary element at all. That's a known issue between them. ]

You really don't have to come if you don't want to.

[It's not like Katsuki ever does well with teasing of any kind, so Izuku should probably have known the kind of RAWR he would've gotten for it anyways. But there's really nothing Katsuki can do to reassure Izuku about things, so... he's kind of stopped bothering and just continued on as normal. At this point, it's no longer him who has to convince Izuku. That burden lies with Izuku.]
