Just like anyone's quirk if I use mine too much my body will wear down. Keeping my temperature from fluctuating at that point isn't easy.

[Just like his own Quirk doesn't eternally ignite without him wanting it to (accidental reactions aside) he can still sweat normally on his palms. Didn't know if Shoto's body could just calm the fuck down and exist at a normal temperature or if he's always doing the balancing act inside.]

If Bakugo replies with anything, Shoto isn't actually going to reply unless it's something pressing or that he needs to. The teen orders some food in and whoever comes home first can get it from the door, Shoto won't be there to but Juuzou knows that door food is good food. He can eat door food and would likely be home before all of them. Which reminds him to stop and get something on the way and it's Juuzou's fault again that it's something with a sweet tooth attached. That doesn't stop him from buying something for Bakugo, too in thanks for travelling all that way.

After that it's the usual, throw it in his backpack with his journal and water bottles and off he goes to get his ass kicked because his concentration is shit. When he makes it to the pin and then subsequently to the other side, that's where he stops to look for Bakugo.

He does send him the text of:

What the fuck did he think this was going to be, a spectator session? Bakugo already said this was going to be a clash between them to help get Shoto's mind off whatever the fuck he needs to vent on. It's why he suggested it in the first place. Whatever. He's not going to go easy on Shoto regardless of the reasons behind his frustrations. Wanna vent, he'll vent him good and hard. Make him work for it. (Might at least let him off the hook on taunting him for those normal Shoto-isms that he usually drops.)

Unlike the other boy, Bakugo goes straight to the teleporter. Noctium at least makes traveling between its various landmasses a less burdensome effort compared to some of the initial ways of transport. (Looking at you, fucking four hour whale ride through the sky.)

Getting to the teleporter is easily enough. A quick step through and he's leaving Sumarlock behind and arriving at Zima Academy. Normally he attends class online rather than travel to the school, not really wanting to get used to the classrooms and other students and shit. (He's loyal to U.A.; sue him.)

The text gets a glance down and Bakugo scours the arrival station for a few seconds before finding the other boy, then makes his way over to him.

"Behind you."

In that case, yes. But once Bakugo wanted to meet him, he knew it'd be different. There'll be much grateful thanks regardless that he knows he's not going to be at his best. It's not the rematch that Bakugo is going to want, but it's definitely just Shoto's need to let himself loose. If Bakugo wants to push him to his limits and beyond those, it's only going to help him.

Being loyal isn't anything bad, it's something Shoto would've given his blessing to. Not that Bakugo needs it. However, this is the first time that Shoto has been here and he looks around for just a moment or two before hearing Bakugo's voice. His head jerks to the side and he turns around to view him. "I brought you something for after." Not a Hello, or a 'Good afternoon' or an anything. Just that.

While Bakugo'll never give someone less than his best, he knows this is more a way for Shoto to blow off the steam and stress that's been building in him for a while. Mostly stemming from his brother, but probably a few trickles of Juuzou arriving and his healing fracture with Kirishima. Might be nice to get with someone who isn't really... involved with all that mess, and just let loose. He has every intent of pushing him forward, though likely without the normal round of arrogant insults.

A brow arches at the offering as he heads over the few remaining feet. "Huh? What'd you stop by the fucking store or something?" No point in "hi" or "hello" cause they both got off the damn phone. All they're doing is changing the venue of the conversation ongoing. Bakugo jerks his head to the side, indicating to move and get out of the busier "port" section of the academy. Walk with him.

All of those things and just recently turning to his father for answers to a worry he has, something he's sure that he should be turning to his father for... and getting back that he's cheating on his mother. Not the regular thing that sometimes people here have to deal with, or back in the City, actually dating someone else while they're still married. Further that he's just mad. Not at Bakugo. If anything he's thankful for the person who would've told him he didn't care about his family issues and to stop talking about it and get to the damn fight.

"Yes. I did. It was on my way and I wanted something, too. Do you want it now? They're very well packaged so it should last." Bakugo's instructing him and Shoto is following dutifully. Even if he hasn't been here, nothing seems to be distracting him from following Bakugo to their goal.

Bakugo might have something to say about the whole cheating thing, but... that's kind of a sticky situation. Might just flick him off and no comment, since that's something for Shoto to either bring up and/or deal with. Odds are, yeah, he'll tell him to stuff the family issues.

Still, if it's the venting they're coming here to do, then Shoto should have the freedom to yell and bitch and vent about what's going on in his life. Bakugo is a horrible sounding board and an even worse listener, compared to Kirishima and Izuku, though that's not to say he doesn't know how to listen and empathize. It's that he chooses not to. That said, this time is for Shoto to RAWR at all the shit here that's confusing, frustrating, unfair, etc.

They've all had one of those moments. (Ironically Bakugo had one recently.)

Packaged? Last? That makes it sound perishable and the first thing his mind goes to as possibles is food. "Afterwards." Don't go fighting when you just put shit in your stomach. That makes for a cramp risk. As for telling Shoto he shouldn't have... why bother? Shoto's fucking stubborn.

Shoto knows this in his heart and for the moment, it's fine. He doesn't really care if Bakugo would've told him that. It means he doesn't have any way to keep dwelling on it. Kind of. If Shoto wanted someone to listen to him, he would've politely declined and waited for Kirishima or called Izuku preemptively. Instead, he's here, walking behind Bakugo, knowing full well his mind isn't in the fight, it's in the use.

Rawr is a good way to put it, too. If Shoto knew that Bakugo needed that, as well, he would've done the same his friend is doing right now. "Alright." No need to take his backpack off, then and he hikes it a little closer on his shoulders. It's true, though, if he would've been told he shouldn't have then Shoto wouldn't have listened. It's something he wanted to do and no one, not his dad or anyone, was going to tell him anymore what he could or couldn't do. Okay well maybe some people who made laws.

"Midoriya's notes make me feel like coming to these places isn't necessary." It' sjust a conversation topic, he doesn't care for what he just said, he just wants less silence.

Bakugo leads them both through the academy grounds, heading between the rooms and halls. The place has that same futuristic look and feeling to it that some places of Noctium have, with the normal hint-to-emphasis on color and gems. The classes here aren't bad and Bakugo and Izuku usually take one apiece to put something more scheduled and academic in their routines. Something he can talk to Shoto about later if he wants.

Nah, he got his own "rawr" issue vented a while ago. Well, ignoring the fact Bakugo's normally "rawr" all the time. The explosive blonde snorts at the comment about their mutual nerd's notes. "If you can fucking follow all that jargon mumbling mess." Scoff all he likes, they both know Izuku's notes are amazing. Even others in their class come to him to get notes or learn how he takes them.

"We take our classes online so we're not coming here all the fucking time." Even with the transporter, going every day can get irritating. Especially, for Bakugo, because it's not U.A. and he doesn't like the suggestion he should replace, or even substitute, his homeworld school with the native one.

Shoto's vision is narrowed specifically on Bakugo. Not because it's him, it's just because it's easier. He doesn't really care for what's going on around them but every so often his eyes stray for a moment or not. Talking about Midoriya is about as focused on something else as he's been since they both got there. "They're not so bad. The things in the margins sometimes become confusing but once you read the whole page it's fine." It's the perfect present.

"Online would be much better." It's not loyalty as such, it's the lack to want to go to a school he doesn't much care about just because he's 'supposed to'. "It looks nice, but it seems busy." Shoto avoids someone too close at neither of their mistake and uses that moment to catch up to Bakugo and walk slightly behind him but also more or less beside him.

"If you can follow the damn thing." It's astounding their green-haired classmate can fit so much in his notes. Almost like he's fucking mumbling right onto the damn page. But that's always been a Deku thing and despite Bakugo finding it freaky and annoying as shit, it's never going away. At least the school isn't hosting a bunch of stalls or doors to distract Shoto into some kind of impulse buy or exploration. Bakugo doesn't want to fucking leash him around the damn area.

Granted no one's "supposed to" go to the school, ignoring the locals and their customs. He can't presume much shit about that. But yeah, online is better. "Yeah, a lot of the natives work and learn here." He checks the map on the wall and then veers off to another hallway while Shoto catches up to him. "What do you want to work on? Quirk, hand-to-hand, gem, all three?"

Even if there were stalls or occupants in them, today, Shoto has no interest. He came here for one thing and one thing alone and while he might look deadpan and otherwise calm he's a nuclear bomb waiting to go off. "It's tasking, but I just write them out for myself. I can loan you the book if you'd like to see. If you're going to school here it might be redundant."

What does he want to work on? That's a good question and while he's just caught up to Bakugo the question stalls his feet after a few steps. "I don't know." Thinking and walking is hard okay? Which should say enough as he gets moving again, there are two things that wait for no one: Time, and Bakugo. "I just need..." He's sighing, looking for the words and they come out with as little conviction as all his other words. "To do something."
