[A waste of resources for everyone trying to make Kyoto work. While he's not suggesting they leave the rooms barren and pathetic, it'd be better to let the LILITH workers remaining in Kyoto to handle the rooms and outfit/decorate them as they see fit, then treat them as hotel rooms whenever the Outsiders need to work in Kyoto. That's Bakugo's opinion, though he's keeping it to himself since nothing's set in stone right now.]
