besides, katsuki doesn't like the idea of some kinda damn "contract" between people anyways. despite being a responsible person who abides by the laws, he despises slavery in any kind of form. maybe it can be seen as a business transaction, just like signing onto a pro hero's agency, but... the lingering shackling concept of it bothers him.
